I want to give a big Thanks to Priscilla at MomStaysHomeWithMe for giving me this Neno’s Award. I am very impressed with how she is able to find time to put together such a great blog while also homeschooling.

There are many reasons I love blogging. I started blogging because I was so amazed by how much money I was saving by finding great deals and using coupon and I wanted to share this with others. I also enjoy the fact that I am able to be home with my daughter while also having an outlet to connect with others through my blog.

I am honored to announce that this past week, Dealightfully Frugal has given me the  Honest Scrap Award. I just love her blog so this recognition from her is greatly appreciated. She does a great job finding deals and freebies while also writing inspiring posts.

It did take me some time to decide on which blogs to pass this award onto. Over the past year I have subscribed to many blogs that I really enjoy. So choosing just 7 was difficult.

“10 Honest Things About Myself”

1. I love spending time with my family. It doesn’t really matter what we are doing. It could be wondering around a flee market, spending the day at the zoo or doing yard work. As long as we are doing it together it is a great day!

2. Starting a blog is not something I thought I would ever do. It has really surprised me how much I actually enjoy it.

3. I love finding deals and saving money.

4. I hate doing housework!

5. I wish we lived closer to my family or somewhere warmer.

6. I am so proud of the husband and father Jim has turned into. He works so hard to take care of us and will do anything for us.

7. I love to travel. I look forward to the time when we will be able to travel more again.

8. I wish that I would have been smarter with my money when I was younger.

9. My guilty pleasure is watching reality TV.

10. I do not believe that I will ever get used to my dad being gone.
