Lose Weight with Slim-Fast 3-2-1 Plan!

I have never done very well with diets. It has always taken too much time and energy to plan meals and count calories. That is why I have always been a fan of Slim-Fast. They really take the thinking out of it and make dieting easy.

My latest venture at weight loss was after having my son Jonathan. I really needed to loose all the weight I put on during my pregnancy. The Slim-Fast 3-2-1 plan has really been a life saver for me. My mornings are so busy getting the kids up, fed and dressed that sometimes it is 1 pm before I have time to make myself something to eat. Having the shakes in the fridge make it easy to just grab for breakfast. They fill me up and also taste great! I also like to carry the meal bars with me when I am out. They really save me calories having them for lunch instead of having to run through a drive through while out doing errands. The Sweat & Salty Almond Chocolate bar in my favorite.

The Slim-Fast 3-2-1 plan really makes it easy for me to get my meals and snacks in during the day without overeating. I know that I can have two shakes or meal bars, three 100 calorie snacks and then a balanced diner. There is no guessing or work involved with that.

If you have not tried Slim-Fast shakes in awhile, you should. They just improved them in October and they are great. I just received a coupon to try one of the shakes and I got the Rich Chocolate Royale. Just like the name it tasted rich and chocolaty. Here are some of the other flavors available-
