I had another busy shopping day this Monday. I went to 5 different stores, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Dominicks and Jewel. In total I spent $81.15, saved $89.72 and used $123.41 in coupons. I also still have $20.99 in Catalina Coupons and ECB.

I ended up spending a total of $4.78 this week at Walgreens with a total savings of $80.87. I did make one mistake however. I went to check to see if the Kotex U were still giving out Register Rewards and mistakenly thought I saw a sign that it was. However I did decide to keep them.

Grocery Savings- April 26th

I had a big day of shopping yesterday. I went to five different stores, spent $128.69, used $193.75 in coupons and saved $88.43 in sales. That is a savings of $282.18! Plus I still have $18 in coupons remaining for next week.

I did my grocery shopping at Jewel and Dominicks this week. Dominicks had some great deals going on for cleaning supplies. Here are a couple deals I got:

Weekly Savings- March 23rd

Sorry I didn’t write up a weekly savings post post last week or a $5 Challenge. I decided to skip my weekly Walgreens trip the last two weeks since there were not any deals that I really needed.

I did go to Jewel last week though. I spent $91.44, saved $40.22 in sales, used $36.10 in coupons and received $27.50 in Catalina Coupons. Total savings of $76.32 with $27.50 in coupons remaining!

I went to Meijer to take advantage of their buy 10 for $10 and get 11th Free, mostly to get 2 litter Coke. We go through a lot of Coke in our house so when I can get in under $1 I stock up. I also got some value packs of chicken that were on sale and a few other items.

In total I spend $51.99 and saved $24.53.

I also went to Jewel-Osco for the rest of my shopping. I am not going to list everything because I purchased 46 items. My husband was with me so there were a few impulse items that was thrown in the cart.

I did some more stocking up since there is still two different Catalina Promotions running this week. With all the promotions going on this month I have been able to fill my freezer and the extra freezer.

I ended up paying $69.18, saved $27.96 from sales, used $51.12 in coupons and received $22.50 in Catalina Coupons. Total Savings of $78.30! That doesn’t include the $22.50 in coupons I have for next week.

All together this week I saved $327.27 and have $22.50 remaining in Catalina Coupons!

Weekly Savings Plus $5 Challange- March 1st

I had a very busy and productive day of shopping today. I went to Walgreens first and did my $5 Challenge. I only spent $2.61 and saved $84.07. I will list my shopping trip below.

I also went to Jewel-Osco and did some grocery shopping. Jewel is currently running three different Catalina promotions with another one to start on Thursday. In total I did three transactions, I paid $132.15, saved $53.80 with sales and used $74.38 in coupons. I also have $24 in Catalina coupons remaining. That is a total savings of $152.18! It is a good thing we recently purchased a small freezer because I am going to need it after this shopping trip.
