Disney Live! presents Mickey’s Music Festival Review & Savings!

We had a great time last night at Disney Live! presents Mickey’s Music Festival. The show is playing all weekend at the Akoo Theater in Rosemont, IL. If you haven’t gotten tickets yet, I would strongly suggest you do so. The show was really good!

Disney Live! presents Mickey’s Music Festival is a show for all ages. My 2 year old Jonathan did not move during the whole show, except to try to get popcorn. He even told me today how much he loved that crab and all the fish. Especially the big jellyfish! I have to agree with him, the fish from The Little Mermaid were one of my favorites also.

Emma, who is 6 could not pick a favorite. She said that would just be too hard to do. She was super excited to see the show and dressed in her Snow White costume. She was a bit more interactive and got up many times to dance. It was fun just watching her reactions.

I loved how fun the show was and how they incorporated classic Disney songs with pop songs. The dancing was great. My favorite scene was with Aladdin & Jasmine during the magic carpet ride. It was also great to see the kids being introduced to Aladdin since they have not seen the movie yet.
