Doing online surveys is a great way to make a little extra money from home. You will not get rich from this but I feel that if you find the right companies they can be worth your time. I have set a goal of making $250 this year from doing surveys. In order to accomplish this I will need to make around $5 a week.
I did the best with Opinion Outpost. Here is what I made last week:
Synovate Global Opinion Panel- 100 pts ($.10)

e-poll- 500 pts ($.87)
This Weeks Total: $11.07 ($6.07 over goal)
Total For the Year: $113.17 ($48.17 over goal)

Palm Research is another survey site that I have been making money with. Once signed up you will receive a daily e-mail containing two $1 surveys. You can also log into your account to see if there are any surveys available.
You can also make money with Palm Research by referring others. Each member is provided with a referal link. Whenever someone signs up by clicking your link, you will earn 10% of what ever they make.
Palm Research pays automatically once your account reaches $10 by check or Paypal. Payments are made on a net 45 day schedule, meaning if you earn $10 or more in January, your payment will be sent on March 15th. If your account is under $10, then the balance will be carried over each month until you reach the threshold.
Since joining last year I have been paid $15 and currently have $7.46 in my account. I made the majority of my money from them last year. I have not been qualifying for many surveys recently.
