This Sundays Smart Source insert contained a Target coupon for $5/2 Revlon Beauty Tool. You can combine this coupon with the $1 off Revlon Beauty Tool coupon from 7/31 SS and a $3 off Target coupon for Revlon cosmetics item with purchase of Revlon beauty tool (excludes trial/travel size).

I have used coupons similar to these a few months ago and got a lot of free items. If you want to use all 3 coupons, then purchase-

2- Revlon Beauty tools
1- Revlon Cosmetics item
-$9 when using all 3 coupons

*If the 3 items you purchased does not add up to $9 then make sure to add other items to cover the overage. I usually head to the clearance section for fillers. Last time I got a couple elf cosmetics eye shadow kits for free with my overage that I am going to use for Christmas gifts.
